In New York City, a young man searches for the "master" to obtain the final level of martial arts mastery known as the glow. Along the way, he must fight a martial arts expert corrupted with power, and rescue a beautiful singer from an obsessed music promoter.

You have to watch it through the lens of 1985, the era of 'chop saki' martials art movies at the theaters on Saturday mornings, and that this movie is deliberatly taking the mickey out of those films. Its not trying to be a serious low-budget Bruce Lee movie - its just trying to be a fun poke nod to the genre. It does what it set out to do, very well. It **entertains** the audience which is so much more than most of the 2020+ movies do.
