The Super Inframan
The 10 million-year-old Princess Dragon Mom (Terry Liu) attempts to conquer Earth with her legion of mutant monsters. In response, Professor Chang (Wang Hsieh) creates Infra-Man, turning a young volunteer into a bionic superhero to save the world. However, the Princess kidnaps Chang's daughter. Can Infra-Man save her and the planet before it is too late?

I was looking forward to watching this after reading other reviews, but the film itself was just okay. Plenty of entertaining set pieces and nonsensical plot points that would make anyone crack a smile, with wacky monsters and villains Infra-Man plows through with aplomb. For those with fresh eyes to the genre this film might seem a revelation, but those that have dwelled within the madness of Tokusatsu like myself have seen all this on some level before done better elsewhere.
