Their Granddad and, later in the series, Uncle Albert also live in their council flat as the wise old man saying their next scheme won't work and offering in their jokes.

A thoroughly enjoyable laugh.
With a very good cast and script, well worth watching again and again.
We loved it on tv and now enjoy watching the dvd's. Just finished the boxed films.
Will probably watch again next year.
