SPOILER: Betrayed (2020) is based on the true story of the Norwegian Braude family. On November 26, 1942, hundreds of Jews were picked up in Norway in the middle of the night and loaded onto the German ship DS Donau. On board were 302 men, 188 women and 42 children. The final destination was Auschwitz.

The film works too hard at misdirecting the viewer, and it doesn't increase the surprise at the end like they were trying.
