Marvel's Daredevil

Marvel's Daredevil
As a child Matt Murdock was blinded by a chemical spill in a freak accident. Instead of limiting him it gave him superhuman senses that enabled him to see the world in a unique and powerful way. Now he uses these powers to deliver justice, not only as a lawyer in his own law firm, but also as vigilante at night, stalking the streets of Hell's Kitchen as Daredevil, the man without fear.

This is a fantastic TV series from Marvel. Just as good, if not better, than any MCU movie. As a longtime reader/collector of Daredevil comics over the years, it is one of my favorite Marvel characters, It balances gritty NYC street-level crime and corrupt political/police systems with costumed vigilante action. The courtroom battles are just as intriguing as the physical fights. Actor Charlie Cox was born to play the role of lawyer/vigilante Matt Murdock (aka. Daredevil) and Vincent D'Onofrio is perfect as his foil, NYC crime boss Wilson Fisk (aka. Kingpin). I'm rewatching this series after getting back into the new 'Daredevil: Born Again' series. I forgot how good this all started out...and it only gets better from there. I also highly recommend 'The Punisher' spin-off series.
