“A Minute to Pray, a Second to Die” is a grim spaghetti western steeped in fatalism. The pacing drags at times, and misleading flashbacks don’t help. Nearly everyone, except the hero, stumbling through the bloodshed toward uncertain redemption, meets a violent end.
