Timecop is a fun, slick slice of '90s sci-fi that delivers on action and time-travel twists. It holds up as an entertaining genre piece, but compared to the atmospheric depth and lasting impact of Event Horizon (1997), it plays more like a flashy detour than a destination. Still, there’s charm in the ride.
