Perhaps, one could argue, that this film was a product of its time, and does not translate well to today. Or perhaps this film is timeless. Certainly bad acting, bad direction, bad set design, and bad FX have plagued humanity since people first started the original “Theatre of the Caves” back in the Pleistocene, and if that, then Barbarella is the proud standard bearer for 1968.
Skip this film. It’s terrible.
