While doing the inventory for a lingerie outlet in a high rise office building, five attractive women are terrorised by a series of bizarre killings. They suspect that the strange janitor, who witnessed another series of killings years back, is at the bottom of the whole thing. Little do they know the real horror that they face in the end.

Another titulus Jim Wynorski masterpiece. Hard to Die is in the Sorority House Massacre franchise, is a remake to Sorority House Massacre 2 but a sequel (I think?) to Slumber Party Massacre. This is the perfect kind of low budget picture I eat up.
I had a blast with Sorority House Massacre 2 yet practically hated the first. Hard to Die is the previous sequel all over again but this time taking place in a sky rise in a lingerie shop overnight. Of course we get plentiful screen time with shower scenes and lingerie changings. It is the Wynorski signature afterall.
I love how there are so many low budget horror pictures that use ancient Egyptian spirits as an excuse for possessions. That's the case here and concludes with a badass machine gun fight between the girls in their skimpy nighties.
