The sequel to the beloved Guardians of the Galaxy is here! It's a blast revisiting are rag tag team of heroes for another adventure even though this movie is a dip in quality for the franchise. The film has some pacing issues and I think that's due to the fact that they split the team up for most the movie. There's many jokes in the movie, but a noticeable amount of them don't stick the landing. Lastly the film would of been better off without the gold people being there just to amp climatic moments.
Kurt Russel was fantastic in this. I also thought everything with Yandoo was badass. Of course we got to mention baby groot who steals literally every scene he's in! Lastly this is a gorgeous looking film with colors that pop and another killer soundtrack to boot.
In all, a fun space epic with are weirdest group of heroes.
