Nina Forever
After his girlfriend Nina dies in a car crash, Rob unsuccessfully attempts suicide. As he begins to overcome his grief, he falls in love with a co-worker, Holly. Their relationship is complicated when Nina, unable to find rest in the afterlife, comes back to life to sarcastically torment them whenever they have sex.

My quick rating 5.2/10. Very quirky film that does attempt to make you really think, but gets its drama lost when it's being a comedy. Just a strange film about grieving and how moving on past a dead loved one can haunt you (in this case, appear in bed every time you sleep with someone else). Worth watching for the originality at times.
