🐉I don't care much what others think of this movie. It was great. There's a lot to think about here. Redemption, struggle, evil vs. good, etc. A knight of the old code: how I wish in today's world there was such a code. A monster runs a country in this film. There is only a few that will stand to fight for honor, decency and morality. We desperately need such people today. This film, while being a bit silly at times, conveys so much to those will only open their eyes and truly see. I loved Sean Connery as Draco. Dennis Quaid in his early years not afraid to take a chance on his roles. While the dialogue is a bit campy at times, it stays true I think to the subject material. I'm fascinated by the fact that Dragons and man once shared the earth. In times lost to imagination, what a world it must have been, before mankind, in its ignorance and arrogance, deemed itself rulers of the land. The goodness of Dragonkind was stained by the greed and cruelty of humans. And out of that grew the evil dragons. There are many evil dragons in the world today and there are no knights of the old cold to stand up and fight. A great movie, as I said, with much to think about.
