Jason X is my favourite movie. even the last 20 minutes by itself is gold. He is in space. There are explosions and the CGI isn't even the worst! Jason X is by far the best Jason movie ever produced. its dumb and light-hearted goofiness. Very 10th doctor who reminiscent (Meaning the comedy style as well as the whole in space thing; everything is wacky and weird future stuff you don't quite understand.) I know some people don't like that in a Jason movie. They only want Friday the 13th series as a horror slasher. But what's wrong with a little goofiness? Scream is incredibly meta and funny, yet the new one succeeded in making me jump. Also, comedy is an easy way for movie producers to get you to like the characters and care about them. 9.99/10. the whole hour and ten before it gets good is mediocre.
