One of the best indie horror films of the 80s in my opinion, this film is more a hybrid of comedy/drama with a mix of horror, it pulls it all together for an unexpected ending. You have to be in the right mindset to enjoy this, but it’s bizarre, absurd, and campy in the best ways. The characters are memorable, the atmosphere and plot twists keep it fun.
