This movie tries to tackle the housing crisis but ends up being a depressing mess for all the wrong reasons. The story is just plain dumb. A woman makes a series of unbelievably bad decisions, including confronting dangerous people, all to buy a house she can't afford. The family relationships feel fake, the characters are unlikable, and a key betrayal comes out of nowhere, completely ruining the plot. It’s a frustrating and illogical film with some of the laziest writing I've seen in a while. A total waste of time.
