Hitcher in the Dark is MEAN. For better or worse these kinds of pictures would never get passed to produce anymore. Our lead will make the list of the more hated characters you'll see in a movie. There's not a single thing to like about the dude. Far from an essential watch, appealing to anyone who is looking for a mean slasher experience or if you're a Lenzi fan. There's some cringeworthy goofy dialogue that'll bring out some chuckles as well as some 80's culture fads. Hitcher in the Dark is the best kind of trash.
