The Trollkins are a group of tiny trolls who variously have green skin, blue skin, or purple skin on their faces. They live in the tree community of Trolltown. Mayor Lumpkin is an incompetent hothead. Sheriff Trollsom is mild-mannered but inept, and his entire police force consists of the two dim-witted deputies Dotty and Flake. The resident troublemakers are the renegade motorcycle gang Troll Choppers.
