The story of a pair of non-identical twin brothers, Lucien and Wayne, who live with their hygiene-crazed mother and their western/country-crazed father in a small town called Soap City. Lucien is a delicate, nature-loving boy, while Wayne is a rough antisocial bully, whose only interest in life is junk. Naturally, some conflicts will ensue.

Mrs. Cramp isn't pleased with his behavior and decides to do by all means to get rid of Joe. Lucien thinks that cleanliness is the problem with animals.

    Dance PantsSure Lucien is smart, but he can't dance. His parents let Wayne teach him to dance. Wayne and Lucien compete in a dance contest for candy-filled pants, and Wayne disguises as the goth ""Dancin' Dave"" to compete.
