Eight professional bakers compete to win the title of the Spring Baking Champion and $50,000. Each round is started with a preheat challenge and the winner gains an advantage for the main heat. The loser of the main heat is sent home. Each episode features different baked goods and techniques.

Sweet and TartThe seven remaining bakers take sweet and tart to a whole new level. In the first challenge, they must create a honey dessert, while for their main heat challenge, they have to pucker up to lemons and limes and bake a citrus treat.
Mother's Day

Mother's DayThe bakers take on a special treat, transforming coffee and cream into a delectable dessert; whipping up a festive mom-worthy brunch.
Birthday Blast

Birthday BlastThe five bakers left in the Spring Baking Championship are challenged to bake for a birthday bash. They kick it off with desserts on a stick followed by an amazing birthday cake paired with homemade ice cream.
Memorial Day Madness

Memorial Day MadnessThe final four bakers must tap into their basic training to create memorable Memorial Day desserts to make it to the finale. They'll have the freedom to create the dessert of their choosing as long as it's red, white and blue.
Wedding Season

Wedding SeasonIn the epic finale, one of the three remaining bakers must create a wedding cake that truly deserves to be the centrepiece of the big day, in order to become the Spring Baking Champion and take home $50,000.
