Maya steht den Eltern bei Problemen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und macht sie auf Hilfen vom Staat aufmerksam, doch das wirkt sich negativ auf JJs finanzielle Förderung aus. Die Kinder haben nämlich in einem Versteck alte Süßigkeiten gefunden, die offenbar Halluzinationen auslösen. So träumt JJ beispielsweise davon, endlich mal der Böse und nicht das Opfer zu sein, und in Dylans Fantasie tauschen sie und Ray die Körper. Der Abend endet offenbar im Escape-Room, bei dem die Familie zusammenarbeiten muss, um wieder in die Freiheit zu gelangen. - Kuppelversuche
