The arena was demolished in 2002, but the mall that replaced it is now being redeveloped. First up is a barbecue restaurant that closed just two years after it was built. Back in Roanoke, Tay builds a breakfast table out of an old car engine.

This time, they bring home finds from a Japanese restaurant, a bank and a spa, including shoji screens and bullet-resistant plexiglass.
