The story depicted the daily life of three waiters who worked at a food catering business owned by Madame Clô: the lonely Oscar, who lived with two elderly and funny ladies, Mrs. Béa and Mrs. Angelina, and was forsaken by his own son; Juliano, who had a riotous relationship with his sensual wife Shirley, whom he was very jealous of; and Nestor. A new waiter arrives, Otávio, willing to avenge his father's death. He believes the business belonged to his family, so he had plans to take it over for himself.
