What's going on with the normally mild-mannered town doctor. Fortunately, Matt intervenes in time. We expect the object of Doc's anger, Clem (Chris Alcaide), to be a dis-likable roughneck. But he's not. Instead he's courteous and understanding even after Doc's sworn to kill him.
