Terror hat die Metropole Tokio fest im Griff. Von Dämonen besessene Menschen begannen urplötzlich in Flammen aufzugehen. Um dieses Phänomen zu bekämpfen, wurde ein spezielles Feuerbekämpfungsteam gebildet, die Fire Force, bereit jederzeit einzugreifen wenn eine spontane Selbstentzündung stattfinden sollte. Das Team bekommt nun Verstärkung von Shinra, einem Jungen, der in der Lage ist, mithilfe von Flammen an den Füßen mit der Geschwindigkeit einer Rakete zu rennen. Wird die Fire Force es schaffen, die Quelle der Entzündungen zu finden und zu stoppen oder wird die Stadt in einem Flammenmeer untergehen?

🏁 Conclusion: At first, this anime reminded me a little bit of *Attack on Titan*. Not because it’s so psychologically intense, but because there is a major mystery lurking in the background—one that is intriguing and makes you really eager to find out what’s going on. Added to that is the significant focus on the overall state of the world, which I also find incredibly interesting. So, it is definitely not a generic action anime, but rather one backed by a solid story. It’s missing that final little spark to earn a full 5 stars, but all in all, I can recommend this anime without hesitation.
