This program introduces the worldview and attraction of Japanese cuisine that cares about the overall harmony of a variety of ingredients.It was originally titled Itadakimasu! Dining with the Chef but was later shortened to Dining with the Chef. Until September 2012, the show was hosted by Shelly. Up until April 2014, Seira was the host of Authentic Japanese Cooking. After April of 2014 Yu Hayami has hosted as well as Patrick Harlan. The show is filmed entirely in English.
