Abatantuono is unleashed in this TV production, conceived and written with Maurizio De Romedis and directed by himself, bringing in the television serial context its classic character of "terrunciello" Milan (already known to the public for the film, "really Eccezzziunale" whose acronym is written by Abatantuono same with said Mariano) in a full sit-com style where you can give vent to the creative freedom of his character, without being trapped in the plot of a movie. Diego is a "terrunciello" penniless living in a studio apartment from the back of a bar whose owner, Marco, always desperate to see him pay the rent. They work at the bar the young Marcello and the cashier Jole. Other characters are some regulars like Taverna (a young Valerio Staffelli), Icio and especially the manager a little ' "constructed" Minniti, always in raincoat, hat, cigar and sunglasses, with its exhilarating theatrical revenue in the local. The format is that of the sitcom in which, against the background of the bar, is given vent to all the cabaret and comic exuberance of Abatantuono in his double character.
