One day, CHOW saves a rich man but is in turn used by him to kidnap another wealthy man WAH.

Afterwards, they find out KWAN is actually a swindler and is arrested by the police.
LOONG persuades CHOW to make use of the mistake by holding TUNG for a ransom.
