Antônio Maciel (Gabriel Braga Nunes) has many objectives. One life only might not be enough for him to make all his dreams come true. That's why he lives each moment intensely fighting against every difficulty he faces. He is a simple pesticide salesman. Antonio has made one excellent sale, but Faustina (Lucélia Santos) tricks him and he loses everything. Fausta is a mature woman, she enjoys adventures and very smart. She cons through life to make money. Indebted, Antônio decides to go after Fausta to get his revenge. Fausta intends to con one of the most important political leaders in town, Atilio Salles Jordão (Floriano Peixoto). Antônio, aware of her plans, takes the opportunity to revenge himself and uses her to get ahead quickly. When he starts settle, he meets the two women in his life: Carolina and Luiza. Throughout the story, Antônio lives many experiences as an agriculturalist and dedicating himself to his passion for cinematography. Taking office as the mayor of Guará, he goes to Brasília and becomes a powerful businessman. He dies in his old age in the city of Guará with many life memories.
