Inspired by Julia Chapman's novel series The Dales Detective Agency, Rendez-vous avec le crime takes place in a quiet village in Brittany, where everyday life is soon disrupted by mysterious events. Samson Brion (Arié Elmaleh), a former police officer returning to his hometown after years away, crosses paths with Lila Sept-Vents (Sophie de Fürst), a determined and lively business owner who runs a local dating agency. Their paths unexpectedly intertwine as they become involved in investigations that expose the hidden complexities of village life.
