Documentary series about the goings-on behind the scenes at Orange County Choppers, a custom motorcycle fabrication company located in Montgomery, New York. The series is also a study of the interplay between the Teutels, Paul Sr. and Jr., and the stress that both experience when creating motorcycles as works of art.

F1Juniors Traummaschine 1Da die Orange County Choppers zur Zeit nicht ganz so viel zu tun haben, kommt Paul Jr. auf die Idee, mal wieder ein Bike für sich zu bauen. Nach dem Spidermanbike und der Black Widow soll es das dritte Spinnenbike werden, welches natürlich die anderen beiden Bikes übertreffen sollte. Bisher hatte man bei OCC die Rahmen immer ausser Haus bauen lassen, was sich aber jetzt ändern sollte. Um in Zukunft auch eigene Rahmen bauen zu können, bekam man von Racing Innovation die nötigen Werkzeuge und das nötige Wissen wurde der OCC Crew auch beigebracht. Nachdem das 3D Design mit Jason Pohl besprochen war, ging es dann an die Spinnennetzte und sogar Mikey half zwischendurch mit. - Juniors Traummaschine 2
F2Juniors Traummaschine 2Sowohl der Benzintank als auch der Öltank sollten die Netzoptik bekommen, so daß man von oben durch den Tank auf den Motor sehen konnte. Der eigentliche Tank wurde dann von Rick in den Heckfender integriert, auch wenn er nur ca. 3 Liter Fassungsvermögen hat. Das ist Paulie egal, es sollte schließlich in der Hauptsache ein Showbike werden. Um etwas Abstand von der Arbeit zu bekommen und weil OCC neben dem Webbike auch noch das Jetbike baute, haben Rick und Vinnie bei der Airforce einen Crashkurs in Sachen fliegen bekommen. Sie wurden auf Herz und Nieren getestet, um zum Abschluss in einer F16 mitfliegen zu dürfen. Glücklicherweise haben es beide gut überstanden und meinten, daß es absolut genial gewesen sei. Zurück bei OCC ging es dann an die Fertigstellung des Webbikes. Nach einigen Schwierigkeiten beim Starten des Bikes wurde es dann schlussendlich in Daytona bei der AMI (American Motorcycle Institution) vorgestellt. - Cat Bike 1
F3Cat Bike 1Die Firma Caterpillar beauftragt OCC mit dem Bau eines Themenbikes, dem Catbike. Nachdem die OCC Crew einen rundgang durch die Caterpillar Firma gemacht hatte, durften die drei Teutuls sich noch an den Catmaschinen austoben. Zurück in der Werkstatt, ging es dann an das Design........ - Gillette Bike 1
F5Gillette Bike 1American Chopper Gillette Bike 1 Das Flair von „Easy Rider“ weht auch heute noch durch das Leben der Teutuls. Schließlich haben sich Vater und Sohn Teutul voll und ganz dem American Chopper verschrieben. In der gemeinsamen Werkstatt in Orange County, 130 km von New York entfernt, basteln die beiden individuelle Spezialanfertigungen und die angeblich coolsten Bikes in Amerika. Wie macht man ein Bike „scharf“ wie eine Rasierklinge? Diese Frage verursacht selbst den kreativen Geistern der Teutuls ein bisschen Kopfzerbrechen. Vielleicht muss alles etwas schmaler sein als sonst? Der Tank, die Schutzbleche, die Reifen. Der Name verpflichtet. Dieses Bike muss einfach noch „schärfer“ werden, als seine Vorgänger. - Gillette Bike 2
F6Gillette Bike 2Die OCC-Truppe baut weiter an ihrem schnittigen Gillette-Bike. Doch dessen rasiermesserscharfes Design schneidet ihnen die Nerven durch. Und als der Druck für Mikey zu groß wird, macht er doch lieber in Bikes für Babys und flirtet mit Vinnies Tochter. Doch in der Werkstatt steht das Bike auf Messers Schneide. Werden sie ein scharfes Bike auf die Räder stellen, oder müssen sie das ganze Projekt kippen? - NAPA Bike 1F7

Mit den Bikes haben die Teutuls in der Regel die geringsten Probleme. Die Besonderheit beim Napa Bike – es muss nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch schnell sein. Die Maschine soll Rennen gewinnen. Einer der Yankee-Stars, Jorge Posada, dessen Sohn unter dieser Krankheit leidet, hat diese Stiftung ins Leben gerufen. After their visit to NASA, Paul Jr., Vinnie, and Rick bang away on the bike's fabrication. Tensions run rampant when Paul Sr. finds his son spending more time in Jason Pohl's office than actually fabricating. Once back in the shop, Junior continues to work on the bike while Senior and Mikey build a model space shuttle together. After the bike is assembled, OCC heads back to the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, to reveal the bike to NASA and the astronauts who returned home on Discovery. - Ricks Bike 2F16

After an all-night flight, Senior, Junior, and Mikey are treated to a double-decker bus tour of London, which puts Senior to sleep. While in London, the guys take in the sights and realize that things are quite different on the other side of the pond. Celebrity BuildOCC gets a special visit from the "Piano Man," Billy Joel, who asks the guys to build him a vintage Indian bobber motorcycle. To get more insight into their customer's needs, the Teutuls make a special visit to Billy's home and get a tour of his vintage motorcycle collection. But when the paint on the bike comes back the wrong color, the pressure is on to finish the bike in time for its reveal in front of 10,000 fans at a Billy Joel concert. - Bike zu versteigern 2F27
Bike zu versteigern 2OCC teams up with Sunoco and NASCAR driver Kyle Petty to build a bike that will benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp. The guys head down to North Carolina to meet Kyle Petty and to tour the camp. While there, they get the opportunity to hang out and spend time with some of the kids. After that, the Teutuls head to Lowe's Speedway where they take turns going around the track. Once back in the shop, they continue working on this latest chopper.
