Juni 2026## Synopsis After a ship full of the universe's most impressive predators lands on earth, a hybrid works to save her brother against both the monsters and the humans. ## Review Since [[2024 Episode 4 - Muther Knows Best Unpacking Aliens’ Influence on Sci-Fi and Horror]] and [[Alien Romulus]], I really understand the draw of the Alien has a terrifying beast. This show I thought was going to be more of that, but I think it is safe to say that it ultimately was disappointing. The actual characters are very interesting. The idea of moving the minds of children into these hybrid bodies is an interesting plot line that creates very dynamic and unique stories. It is the idea that they are children that make the adults act entitled and all knowing up until it blows up in their face. It also allows the "kids" to have some weird growth while still being children. Those interactions are both what make this show good, and terrible. The adults are the most annoying people in this show so full of ego and stupidity, even for the "Boy Genius." The monsters are very cool. I love how creepy they are and different. We've been looking at the Alien for years and haven't really gotten much new information about it, but now we are learning about the social aspect of it. It is a bit more than we used to know and at the same time, we see how little we actually know about them. The eye is probably one of coolest monsters in creation. They really knocked it out of the park with that creepy thing. The thing that really hurts this show is the pacing and the deus ex machina. Wendy is too powerful. She can do a lot, she is a brilliant tactician, can see everything, and in the end, she can't be stopped. Much like [[Secret Invasion]], there is no stopping her as there isn't anything she can't do. It really kills a show that could have set up another world. ## [My Rating] I have heard that this was designed to be a 2 season show. I can see that working, but they are going to have to keep the weirdness of the kids in check, so the story keeps moving forward. There is a part where one of the hybrids thinks that they are pregnant. I get that little girls might do that, but it took away from the fight against the aliens and the humans. Actions like this while showing super small pieces of information, drags the pacing of the show to a snails pace. I got so bored during the middle of the season that I just stopped caring. It very much felt like [[For All Mankind]] which I am still trying to finish the final season of. I can give this any more than a 6. ## [Parental Rating] There is a lot of gore, a lot of violence, and a lot of manipulation. Content alone means that my mom would never watch this. The language that "Boy Genius" uses is outrageously over the top and aggressive in so many ways, that it makes it very un-fun to watch. Rejected by both.

- theicephoenix29. August 2025Well folks, let me tell ya somethin’. I just watched this here Alien: Earth show and dang if it ain’t the best thing since duct tape and a cold beer on a hot day. They got critters crawlin’ outta places you don’t wanna know about, corporations bein’ greedier than your uncle at the buffet, and more tension than a family reunion with free liquor. The thing looks sharp too. Like Hollywood spent every penny makin’ sure I’d never sleep with the lights off again. And the actors? They don’t just act, they sell it. I believe every scream, every shadow, every poor sap who don’t make it past episode one. If you like your sci-fi with a side of terror and a big ol’ plate of “humans are the real problem,” this is your meal ticket. Five stars. Earth, watch this dang show.
- jody.b516. August 2025Ok. Let me weigh in. First of all to the naysayers of this series, I would say you are wrong. Without a shadow of a doubt. The storyline remains true to the original movies. It isn’t watered down. Yes, we are dealing with android youths that are new , but I must admit that they are formidable. The writing is impeccable and the CGI is beyond acceptable. I am 60 years old and I have watched all of the alien movies. I am thoroughly enjoying this series.
- ርልዪረ10. September 2025Alien Earth is quite literally bringing the franchise home. Having been personally disaapointed with some of the latter movies I kept my expectations low for this but it has far surpassed what I thought it was going to be. It has taken the blueprint of the originals and expanded into its own - so many new original concepts to feast on, no cheesy lip service..a true love letter. The set designs are outstanding (Maginot we see you!) And the character acting is brilliant - I'm invested in how they progress with the hands that they are dealt. I've read alot of reviews saying the story lines are falling flat- completely disagree, I find the story intelligent with emotional depth- the themes not of only an Alien threat but politics of earth, humanity and philosophy without prattling on.I find the show truly fascinating which is what hooked me to the first two movies. They have successfully expanded the universe into a TV show so this allows for much more story telling and world building - and not a minute has been wasted on filler - the show successfully builds on tense expectation, action and visual effects which I appreciate.I'm so excited to see where this goes and would urge any fan to give it a watch if you aren't already!

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put kids inside robots in an ALIEN SHOW should be fired and banned from ever working in Hollywood, or even small movies/shows, ever again. That one ridiculous choice ruined the entire series from the start, not to mention the endless plot holes and awful writing. And then they went and domesticated TWO Freaking XENOMORPHS! Anyone who defends this garbage isn’t a real ALIEN fan. This is easily the worst 'ALIEN' thing I’ve ever seen. The only chance I’ll be watching season 2, is if it has nothing to do with this storyline.

The ensembles mirror each other across time: a martyr who stands firm, a visionary who breaks, witnesses who try to hold on to sanity, and comrades who learn that courage is not the same as salvation. Together they pose a hard question that lingers after the credits: is the abyss an external place or a truth that wakes inside us when we look too long into it.
