Military surgeon Gleb Kaverin is a tough, cynical romantic. After another business trip to Africa, he returns home to Nizhny Novgorod. During a boat trip, a pregnant Internet celebrity becomes ill. Evgeny Borisovich Dobrovolsky, who accompanied the girl, the head of the perinatal center, gets lost in extreme conditions, and Kaverin takes everything into his own hands.
