Eine himmlische Familie
I love 7th Heaven. Admittedly, I didn't get into it until a few seasons in. I was in college when it first aired and I was dead focused on my studies, I took no time for fun.
One day, I was home alone with my sister and we watched several episodes of season one. I loved it! After that, I tried to keep up with episodes as I could. After finally graduating with both degrees, I almost never missed an episode. I now own all eleven seasons on DVD.
I've even read some of the 7th Heaven books....not nearly as good as watching an actual episode. The cast became real and alive to me rather quickly. I could relate to each one on some level, especially Lucy.
I lived Rev. Camden and Annie. That was the kind of husband I sought. Yes, I know it's just TV, but I hav envisioned since I was a teenager what I wanted in a future husband.
I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but I was crushed when allegations came out on Stephen Collins. I lost all respect for him. I still love the show, but I see Eric in a different way now..... I need to go on a 7th Heaven binge here soon.
