- Varun19. Dezember 2024I’ve never liked any of the Venom movies but the first 2 films were at least a slightly entertaining way to pass the time. This one is such a nothing burger, it does absolutely nothing to advance Venom or Eddie’s character and relationship, the plot and enemies suck, everyone else is boring, the fights and vfx are bland, it’s completely humourless and stupid. I knew it was gonna be bad beforehand, I just wasn’t expecting it to be this lame. I’m a completionist so I have to finish watching every franchise I started, but the Sony verse of spidey spinoffs have been a colossal waste of time. My misery will end once I finish Kraven, then we can all collectively forget about this shitshow and hope studios learn from their mistakes and start making serious and stylised superhero movies again.

- Zokkiie25. März 2026Honestly, this thing is a wild mix of chaos and charm. Tom Hardy owns every scene, and even when the CGI gets a little over the top, it’s hard not to enjoy the energy. The humor hits at the right moments, and the dynamic between Eddie and… well, himself, keeps things surprisingly grounded. And can we just appreciate the villain’s name? Knull—literally the naughtiest word in Swedish—makes the whole thing extra ridiculous and hilarious. Plus that ABBA track? Def top rating vibes there. Some bits drag, sure, but the highs really stick with you. Leaves you hyped, laughing, and a little stunned, all at once.
