- jackmeat18. April 2025My quick rating - 4.2/10. Working on the budget they had, they did ok with it. This wasn't a flashy time travel movie, trying to solve some massive problem, just more or less solving the problem of what to do if you create time travel. Very simplistic, really. The only problem with that is trying to tell the story with horrible actors, and huge plot holes that are invariably going to happen in time travel flicks. You can try to explain them away, but both sides of the time travel explanations all lead to a paradox, so you just do your best. Those two things really did drag down a decent attempt, though.

In die Vergangenheit reisen zu können, dieser Traum treibt Menschen rund um den Globus an. In einem italienischem Landhaus fernab der Stadt tüftelt Ricky Farina (Sam Gittins) mit seinem Papa Riccardo (Mino Sferra) an Experimenten, mit denen der Traum in Erfüllung geht – auch wenn die beiden dabei eher zufällig eine Zeitmaschine entwickeln. Und leider müssen Ricky und Riccardo schnell feststellen, welche drastischen Auswirkungen ihr Handeln in der Vergangenheit für Gegenwart und Zukunft hat. Ricky verliert mehr und mehr die Kontrolle.
Die Hauptcharaktere in Time Loop sind Ricky Farina (Sam Gittins), Riccardo Farina (Mino Sferra), Celestine Dijoux (Ellie Poussot).
