Horoz Nuri, like his nickname, is an old rooster who tries to peck any hen he sees. He's an incorrigible playboy, hitting on any woman in the vicinity, including his maid Dilber. After a heart attack, he is surprised to see that the professor called to check on him is an old friend of his. Meanwhile, Dilber's sister Fatos's dreams of marriage are shattered when her boyfriend loses all their money. So Dilber comes up with a plan to get her sister Fatos to marry Horoz Nuri. Since he's old and has just had a heart attack, they think he'll die very soon and Fatos will inherit all his money. But even though Horoz Nuri agrees to marry Fatos, a few things upset their whole plan. Fatos's real fiance is extremely unhappy with the whole arrangement, Horoz Nuri really likes Fatos, and worst of all, he has no intention to die at all.
