- Jacob Milham20. März 2026Is it a masterpiece? No. Is it perfect? No. But is is entertaining with gory tongue in cheek comedy and has a female protagonist. This is a movie we never regret rewatching.

- hairydemon16. August 2025Great cast having fun but it sadly suffers from producer-director-writer-producer smugness. Just make a fun film ffs and stop trying to be arch with every line. It is so desperate to be 'rebellious' and naughty that it loses the entertainment. Glad the above the line production talent amused themselves. Surprised you didnt open with a quote from Ovid or Von Clauwitz. And if you are going to make a liberal baddie. Can you at least try a bit harder? Athena was lame. Generic without any memorable reasoning or evilness. She could have at least have been a female Sea Shepherd! Looking at you Lindelhof. Don't blame the actress. If it ain't on the page, they can't do it. It came across as a fictional film from Seth Rogan's Continental Studios. A parody of a parody. I can hear the pitch meeting from a thousand yards. Another line anyone?
- Cubane4. August 2025It's trying to be a Tarantino movie, but lacks the star-studded cast and clever script. Not a problem for someone who finds Tarantino to be an insufferable ass, but the porn tier writing and workplace safety skit acting is a different story. Cheesy gore and excessive violence by themselves does not a Tarantino movie make. The political messaging is also painfully preachy and cringe. Craig Zobel, this is not how you show those libs who's boss, or whatever. At least attempt some subtlety. You can do better.
- ርልዪረ14. März 2025Blumhouse score for me on this one with a solid genre piece, they seem to really try hard to entertain even when they miss the mark a bit which this time they certainly did not. This film attempts some amount of satire with the elites versus the poor scenario but that is just a very basic framework that does little more than add a little flavour to what is an exciting on the run movie with some very gory kills but tongue in cheek all the way. It's fast paced and most of the characters are dispatched in pretty short order for your entertainment, often out of the blue so even though it's pretty funny I was left on edge somewhat over what to expect. There's a certain amount of tension built up over who is for real and who might get killed unexpectedly or turn out to be with the hunters. The main actress reminds me a lot of Jodie Comer from Killing Eve and I liked her quirky expressions and inscrutableness which made her performance standout from the whole cast in what could have just been the generic "main one in it" role. A few known faces pop up here and there, the action is brutal and there's a particularly well choreographed fight that I wanted to watch again straight away. Loved it from start to finish.
