Aparajita Chitre has always lived all her life in shelter of her husband Avinash.When Avinash is admitted to hospital due to terminal illness Aparajita is forced to sell her jewelry to meet the expenses.They have two daughters Poonam and Nandini.Poonam is facing problems in her marriage due to her womanizing husband while Nandini's husband is a small time actor.Avinash passes away after long illness and he daughter's don't want to live her mother alone.But Aparajita wants to be financially and emotionally dependent on her own.Taking inspiration from the words of her husband.
