Rio Rattler
Regie Bernard B. RayA dying Marshal gives Tom his identification papers to Tom. After Tom arrives in town, the papers drop and are found during a fight, so Tom decides to assume the Marshal's identity. Chief Mason now sends Rattler, the Marshal's killer, to follow up by killing Tom. But when he overhears that Tom is a fake, they change their plans and go to arrest Tom for Marshal's murder.
