Every Tuesday and Friday, the offices of the Independent Institute for Public Housing (IACP) of Naples are open to the public, and 100 employees take on finding practical solutions to citizens' problems and start off the procedures to make them happen. An in-depth look into the slow-moving world of bureaucracy. Sometimes, however, the lively discussions, the personal stories and passionate entreaties of the appellants soften even the most hardhearted officials, convincing them to do what they can to ease the wheels of an impersonal system. As if on a theatrical stage, where everyone plays their part in a performance as challenging and grand as everyday life.
