Great acting for lesser known folk, still some fairly cheesy CGI, but the overall story arch carried from the previous entries follows through very well. Bit over the top, but not in a bad way. As with the previous films, if you're in to fantasy and DND and are looking for more story driven, this is pretty good.

The plot felt a little bit darker, but the slightly geeky fantasy charm of the previous movies is still here, and the plot is still engaging. And even though we're so far into the franchise, the characters still continues to grow, which is really awesome. This is still a must see for any fantasy lover, and I can't wait for the fourth one!

Nachdem ihr Freund Thane entführt wird, sieht sich die junge Magierin Marek gezwungen, eine riskante Mission anzunehmen. Um Thane vor dem sicheren Tod zu retten, sollen Marek und ihre Gefährten eine Ladung der Droge namens Ilystrium von einem Schmuggler in Empfang nehmen. Die Mission droht zu scheitern, als ein mächtiger Feind Mareks wieder auftaucht und ihre tödlichen Kräfte für seine dunklen Zwecke nutzen möchte...
