Amitava Chowdhury is an author and a businessperson , who always remains busy with his job schedule . Amitava has a sister and a special type of polio affects her . Suparna and Aparna are two sisters from a very upper class cultured family . Amitava feels a soft corner for Suparna , then Amitava marries Suparna , but after their marriage , Suparna feels awkward in Amitava's house . His sister cannot tolerate Suparna .
