The town prepares a celebration for its first astronaut, who is about to be launched in a Spaceshuttle. Alas, he's tied-up so a spy can steal the launch key and sell it to mobile pizza vendors Ronny and Bjorn, who plan to launch a laser cannon and blackmail the world into submission. Mike stumbles onto the plot, but she and the commissioner are clumsy enough to get caught and sent along in the shuttle to be launched into the void by Bjorn. Toby takes on Ronny, so he can hand the ground control device to grandpa. Only Mega Toby, boosted with a rocket, can fly to space rescue.
