Mayer Ashirbad is a social drama that portrays the story of a poor boy Kamal, who makes it big in life as a distinguished doctor, set to make his village a better place. The movie shows his emotional life, how he loses the love of his life Kusum as she is forced to marry someone else. It shows the emotional troubles he faces at the loss of his mother and the tough decisions he ahs to face in life.
