November 2025Have the AI bots had a feild day here? becasue like it's title, there is a lot of Maintenance Required on this script or the edit for it to pass muster.There is little depth to the characters, and not a lot to buy into here, along with a very sanitised relationship. I don't even remember if the parties shared a kiss. There is a lot of potential for this to be an enjoyable movie, but it just keeps being off the mark and sparsely written and/or disjointed and poorly edited. So it gets put on top of the new season of relationship thanksgiving/christmas time guff movies that I keep wanting to be good, but just disappoint in how badly they fail at hitting a relevant, relatable and enjoyable rom-Com scenario. It just ends up being a collection of tropes poorly put together in a non cohesive whole. Back to the repairshop for this one.
