The film follows four young individuals in their daily lives. Four individuals brimming with life and clear goals - finding work, getting involved in politics, getting married, having children. Four individuals for whom achieving these goals is laden with numerous obstacles, and who are often pigeonholed by society: People with Down syndrome. Director Evelyne Faye accompanies them all with the camera in their daily routines - cooking, shopping, and cleaning the house; styling their hair, at work, going on outings, and dancing.
