The main character, a former 'Komesk' (squadron commander), worked for many years at a small airfield. 'Komesk', as his fellow pilots call him, is now retired. Every day, Komesk comes to the airfield with his little granddaughter Zoya, and it often happens that the decision of the whole team depends on his word.
