Based on the short story "Hills Like White Elephants" by Ernest Hemingway. An American and his girlfriend have drinks at a small restaurant in Mexico. Their conversation is mundane at first, but quickly drifts to the subject of an operation which the American is attempting to convince Jig to undergo.
