Two notorious dacoits Gabbar Singh and Ram Katori are always at loggerheads. Bijli one of Ram Katori's trusted and oldest gang member is in love with Rajesh. She wishes to leave the gang but is killed by Ram Katori. Rajesh tries to seek vengeance but he too is killed by Ram Katori. Vijay, Bijli's brother swears to avenge his sister and brother in law's death. He pretends to be a masseur and joins Katori's gang to achieve his goal.
