Durch ein paar Möwen erfährt Marlin alsbald, wo Nemo gelandet ist: im Aquarium eines Zahnarztes in Sydney. Mutig macht sich der Clownfisch mit seiner Freundin Dorie, die allerdings ständig an Gedächtnisverlust leidet, auf den Weg dorthin, vorbei an Haien, Quallen und anderen Gefahren. Währenddessen ist Nemo nicht untätig und plant mit den anderen Aquariumsfischen einen gewagten Ausbruch aus ihrem Gefängnis.

The animations are smooth and really bring the characters to life, from the occasional bubble of surprise to the flipping of their fins. The scenery is vibrant and teeming with life, so engrossing that it pulls you right into the story. The action sequences—and I use this word lightly—are often funny and perfect for younger audiences. The characters are all so loveable, quirks and all.
